With over 30 years of experience in Pilates and a background as a registered nurse and certified massage therapist, Christina offers a unique blend of expertise that focuses on your individual needs. Our sessions are designed to enhance your physical capabilities while promoting a holistic lifestyle that nurtures both body and mind.
Sessions utilize the Pilates apparatus which include:
• the reformer
• pole or tower system
• low chair and spine corrector
Mat work is also taught providing a comprehensive knowledge of this unique form of exercise.

Our Tailored Pilates Offerings
Choose from our specialized service packages designed to meet your specific goals:
1. “Private session packages” are designed with your specific needs in mind. Whether you are rehabbing from surgery or an injury, need to go at a slower pace, or just like the individual attention this package is for you.
2.”Duet Package” is for 2 people. Maybe you want to begin Pilates with your spouse or partner or maybe grab that girlfriend for an activity to do together.
3. “Group Class Package”. Once you have learned the basic Pilates principles our small group classes are perfect for continuing your Pilates experience. In the 3 person classes you build your pilates practice with continued focus on form, control, alignment and body awareness.
Private Sessions
Tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
Single Privates Session: $75.00
Ten Private Sessions: $700.00
Semi-Private (Duets)
These sessions are great for friends or spouses.
Single Semi-Private: $55.00
Ten Semi-Privates: $500.00
Group Classes
Three (3) people to a class that still allows for individual correction. Includes the use of all equipment and mat work
Single Class: $35.00
Ten Classes: $300.00
New Clients
A minimum of four (4) private sessions is required for new clients in order to gain knowledge of the principles and terminology of Pilates and to become familiar with the Pilates equipment. The one-on-one training allows the instructor to assess skill and strength level of each new client. These sessions include mat and equipment work.

3. Regular Sessions: Engage in regular sessions, whether private or group, where we will track your progress and adjust your program as needed.
3. Ongoing Support: You will receive continuous encouragement and adjustments to your program to ensure you are achieving your wellness goals.
